Since May 2006 we have been using Sugar CRM to manage our projects, track our sales pipeline and manage our contacts and internal knowledge  resources. Through using this system we realized that while it is very powerful it was only part of the solution. What we needed was integration of our front end customer portal (Joomla) with our back end business management and to have it synchronized with our accounting systems for managing our service  resources.
