Case Study - CD Rom Delivery

The SVTT Electronic Technical Manual CD Rom was developed for the US Navy to reduce the need for paper technical Manuals of tactical weapon systems. This project included 17 manuals, over 10,000 links, thousands of pages of content, interactive media, custom book mark and annotation applications and a custom parsing process developed in JAVA. The source documents were maintained in SGML, exported to XML and parsed to HTML for delivery in a frameset with custom scripting integration. All content was tagged with security attributes.
